Nine Leaf Clover offers wholesale pricing on equipment to retailers, commercial growers, as well as individuals looking to place bulk orders. Our minimum order quantities are low and we offer extremely competitive pricing. Please give us a call to discuss which supplies & equipment you are looking for.

Shipping & Returns

Privacy - All orders are shipped in plain packaging to ensure your privacy.

Shipping & delivery - All orders of $150 or more (before taxes) are subject to free shipping within Ontario. In some circumstances where a customer lives in a rural part of Canada this may not be possible. If this is the case, we will notify the client and either offer a complete refund or offer a discounted shipping rate.


We often only ship between Monday and Wednesday to avoid any delays during the weekend. Our couriers of choice are Canada Post and UPS. We will always get a quote from both couriers and select the one which can get your delivery out to you the quickest. 


If an order is lost or damaged please contact us as soon as possible, we will issue a claim with the courier and ship you out a replacement order as soon as possible. All packages are insured which means you can rest assured your order will arrive safely. 


The transit time ranges between 2 - 6 business days depending on your location. 

Returns - Returns on equipment will be accepted for 30 days after purchase. Returns will only be accepted on unopened and unused items. 

Warranty periods for each item will be stated on the invoice. If a warranty period is not stated there is an assumed 30 day warranty. Items that break within the warranty period are subject to a free replacement, the customer will be responsible to return at their cost. A replacement will only be issued if the fault of the item was due to a manufacturing defect. Electrical storms or surges, floods, water damage, physical damage, or abuse are not covered by any warranty. 

All services which include clones/seeds are final sale. If the shipment is not received we will send out a second order before a refund can be issued. If clones are damaged and no longer wanted they must be returned to us and they will be replaced with new ones. If the second order is damaged, the customer will be given a full refund. No returned clones, no refund.
